Pastor Dr. Richard White
“Lead my people to where I am through Worship” — A mandate from God
For over 28 years, Pastor Richard White has accepted his divine mandate through service in his local church, community, marketplace, and ministry. A born-again believer since 1984 and an ordained Elder since 1998, Pastor White graduated from the St. Augustine Theological Institute in May 2003 with an earned bachelor's Degree in Religious Education.
Since he was five years old, Pastor White has been a vessel used in music ministry for over 40 years. He is an anointed singer, songwriter, producer, arranger, choir director, and percussionist.
Pastor White serves as Senior Pastor of Rhema Fellowship International Ministries in Pennsauken, New Jersey, with his beautiful wife, Pastor Keena White. With over 30 years of experience in exercising his gift to serve in local assemblies, Richard White is a specialist in the field of service excellence.
Pastor White has added entrepreneur to his resume. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Knowledge Defines the Future LLC, a professional development and tutoring company that serves the tri-state area and the U.S.A. Richard White is also the Chief Executive Officer of Kandid Rhema LLC, a flagship company that is home to his transformational speaking business and clothing line known as The B.G.A.T. Brand, which stands for: Believe God And Try.
Pastor White is a subject matter expert in the field of Leadership Development. He has traveled across the East and West coasts, informing, instructing, and inspiring leaders from every walk of life and capacity. Pastor White has tirelessly and faithfully advised Presiding Prepares, Pastors, Apostolic coverings, Fivefold ministry gifts, and laymen alike with the vision to build and perfect the Body of Christ.

Pastor Keena Flournoy White
A Visionary in Faith & Education
For over thirty years, Keena Flournoy White has stood as a figure of profound influence and dedication, embodying a powerful confluence of pastoral leadership and academic excellence. Her life's work is a testament to the belief that knowledge is a foundational power, capable of transforming both individual lives and entire communities.
Keena's journey in education is defined by a relentless commitment to literacy and equity. Currently serving as a District Achievement Instructional Specialist, she partners with school leaders to build sustainable systems that drive meaningful change. This role is the latest chapter in a distinguished career within the New York City Department of Education, where she has consistently turned underperforming environments into centers of success.
As a building leader, Keena took the helm of an underserved school that had struggled for over 15 years. Through strategic coaching and a focus on data-driven instruction, she led her team to triple statewide assessment scores in just one year post-COVID — an achievement that saw ELA proficiency jump from 8% to 34% and Mathematics from 9% to 32%. Student enrollment increased by 40% during her tenure.
Keena's professional impact is grounded in her own pursuit of academic excellence. She is currently a doctoral candidate at Capella University, specializing in Reading Acquisition and the Brain, with an expected completion in 2028. This advanced study complements her Master of Science in Teaching Reading from Long Island University and her dual degrees in Human Services and Administration from Audrey Cohen College.
Beyond her administrative and classroom roles, Keena is a true spiritual parent to many. Since her ordination as a pastor on November 28, 1999, she has served the Kingdom of God with a passion that is evident in everything she does. She has overseen diverse ministries, from intercessory teams and evangelism to praise and worship.
Today, she serves as the Co-Pastor of Rhema Fellowship International Ministries alongside her husband and Senior Pastor, Richard White. Keena also remains a dedicated support system for women leaders and a champion for the youth through G.O.D.'s (Gateway of Deliverance Place) — an extension of Rhema Fellowship that creates a space for young people to express their faith and gifts through gospel rap, spoken word, and dance.
